These terms apply when you use the REEVI app or this website, provided by Magicwork Technologies Pvt Ltd, 17th Floor, VIOS Towers, Off Eastern Express Highway, Sewri-Chembur Road, New Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400037, Maharashtra, India. By using REEVI you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give correct details.
- Keep your phone and OTP safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Charging and prices
- Chargers listed in REEVI are run by REEVI or by our partner networks.
- The price per unit (kWh), per minute or per session is shown in the app before you start. Prices include GST unless stated.
- Idle fees may apply if your vehicle stays connected after charging ends, as shown in the app.
- Live status is updated by the charger network. We try our best, but cannot promise that every charger will be available or working at all times.
3. REEVI wallet
- You can add money by UPI, card or net banking. Wallet money can be used only for charging and related services on REEVI.

- Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
4. Fair use
Do not misuse chargers, the app or other users, try to get around payments, or use REEVI for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Our responsibility
Follow the safety instructions at every charger and from your vehicle maker. To the extent the law allows, REEVI is not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by third-party chargers, vehicles or networks. [Your lawyer should set the liability cap.]
6. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
